At Sea to Summit Germany, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you have changed your mind or need a different size, we aim to make the return process as seamless as your next outdoor adventure.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized DHL or local carrier station.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
